It's the one thing left that really says, "Yes, I was there," Minipets are all bought now, none of them really mean that you've been around for two years. Leave festival hats as they are.

And @ whoever said the mummy mask is a joke...wth man, wth. Compare it to last year's mask, the pumpkin redux.

Hats have no point beyond being proof that "you were there." If you can get them without being there, then they have no point at all. I've missed my share of cool hats, but that's life.

And I wasn't around for the 2006 Halloween, I really want a pumpkin hat, but still /not signed because of above reason.

It was for those that actually attended the event. Before that it would be nice how ever to have the ability to replace hats that you deleted off an account BEFORE the extra storage add and the festival hat guy. But no biggie.

And the Tengu mask was specifically for people that ordered Factions Pre-order, it would be BS to just make that one available at all.
